Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of 45°elevation high speed turbine handpiece armed with extended fissure bur on the extraction of maxillary molars'broken roots.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six patients during Jan 2016 to Jun 2017 who need pull out the maxillary molars'broken roots were enrolled,and all the broken roots were extracted by 45°elevation high speed turbine handpiece armed with extended fissure bur.The successful extraction rate,roots into maxillary sinuses,and postoperative pain were evaluated.Results:There was no broken root into maxillary sinuses and the postoperative pain is not obvious.Conclusion:45°elevation high speed turbine handpiece armed with extended fissure bur has a better clinical effect on pulling out the broken roots of maxillary molars,and therefore it is deserved to be widely popularized and applied.关键词
