机械清创联合抗生素治疗早期种植体周围炎疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of invasive mechanical debridement combined with antibiotics in the treatment of initial peri-implantitis.Methods:Totally 30 implants from 30 patients diagnosed with initial peri-implantitis in the Department of Stomatology,the 195 hospital of PLA from February 2009 to June 2015 were enrolled.Implants were treated with mechanical debridement combined with antibiotics drug.Modified plaque index(mPLI),modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI)and probing depth(PD)were measured immediately and 8 weeks after therapy.Results:After 8 weeks follow-up,mPLI,mSBI and PD were significantly changed respectively(P<0.05)when compared with baseline.Conclusion:Mechanical debridement combined with antibiotics is an effective method in the treatment of initial peri-implant inflammation.关键词
