分层麻醉在儿童乳牙拔除术中的应用研究
Application of layered anesthesia in deciduous tooth extraction of children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This research aimed to introduce and discuss the application value of layered anesthesia in deciduous tooth extraction of children.Methods:Sixty patients with deciduous tooth retention from department of stomatology of Tongji Hospital,were included in the study since Feb 2016 to Feb 2017.Patients were divided to experimental group and control group that each with 30 patients.The experimental group were adopted layered anesthesia that were dicaine surface anesthesia and primacaine adrenaline infiltration anaesthesia ,while the control group adopted direct infiltration anaesthesia.The collaboration degree of the two group children during the tooth extraction process were rated in the study.Results:The collaboration degree of the layered anesthesia group patients were much higher compared to control group,and the differences had evident statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The layered anesthesia can solve the pain problem induced by acupuncture in deciduous tooth extraction effectively and improve the patients'collaboration,that be simple and practicable and should be worthy of clinical application.关键词
