摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish the standard cerebral glucose metabolism database in different ages and gender in Chinese population by using 18F-FDG PET and MIMneuro software.Methods 18F-FDG PET brain imaging data acquired from 78 healthy volunteers were grouped by age of 10-year interval and divided into 8 groups,gender radio were equal.BrainAlign,the landmark-based deformation algorithm,ensures consistency and accuracy for each case.Regional-based or voxel-based analysis for more confident image interpretation.Results The normal standard 18F-FDG PET database of Chinese population was established,providing quantitative platform for the diagnosis of functional brain disorders,especially accurate preoperative location of epilepsy patients.Conclusions The normal standard 18F-FDG PET database providing objective basis for the interpretation of PET images,the automatic quantitative analysis increases the confidence of clinicians.
