基于流固耦合的接触式机械密封端面泄漏率的研究
Study on the Fluid-solid Coupled of the Leakage Rate of Seal Face for Contacting Mechanical Seal

Abstract
As a result of not considering the influence of seal face deformation,large error will appear while the leakage rate of contacting mechanical seal is calculated by empirical formula.The influence of deformation of seal face was taken in account of and the fluid-solid coupling method was adopted to calculate the leakage rate of seal face by using ANSYS and MATLAB software. The influencing factors of the leakage rateQ of seal face were studied,including pressure of sealed media pi,pressure-difference of seal face Δp,spring pressure psp and comprehensive roughness of seal faceσ.Based on experiment,the accuracy of numerical solution was verified under the different sealing medium pressure.The results showed that the errors between numerical solutions and experimental values were smaller than empirical formula solution and experimental values.The leakage rate accelerates with the increase of comprehensive roughness and pressure-difference of seal face,increases with the increase of sealed media and decelerates increasing with the increase of spring pressure.The leakage rate of seal face with numerical method was applied and the influencing factors was analysed,expecting to provide certain guiding significance for competing the theory study of failure analysis on contacting mechanical seal.关键词
