不同入口形式油水分离旋流器数值模拟的对比分析
Contrastive Analysis on Numerical Simulation of Oil-water Hydrocyclone with Various Inlet Forms

Abstract
Based on the Reynolds stress model(RSM) of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software,the numerical simulation of de-oiling hydrocyclone with four different single-inlet structures was carried out.The pressure loss of four structures,turbulence intensity,tangential velocity and oil separation efficiency were also analyzed.The result proves that the inlet structure has great influence on the separation performance of de-oiling hydrocyclone.Within this research,the separation efficiency of contractive -inlet hydrocyclone(structure B) is the lowest,which is 83.2%;The separation efficiency of helical-inlet hydrocyclone(structure C) is the most ideal can reach above 92%,and the pressure loss and energy consumption is lower than involute-inlet hydrocyclone(structure D).This paper can provide reference for the structure design and improvement of the adaptability of oil-water separation hydrocyclones.关键词
