摘要
Abstract
In order to research the internal flow law of asymmetric double-channel with double-suction pump,the paper based on CFD performance prediction method,taking Mixture multiphase flow model,fully considering the effects of cavitation,not only calculates the speed-pressure distributions as well as the volume distributions of the gas phase and the solid phase under the combined effects of the gas-solid-liquid three-phase flow,but also calculate the pressure distributions of the impeller center section by taking different methods.The results show that:the existence of a localized low-pressure vortex region in the head of the impeller,which eventually became the occurrence of cavitation.The solid phase particles mainly distributed near the inner surface of the upper and lower cover plate.The gas phase mainly distributed in the head region of the blade.Using different calculation methods,the pressure distribution tendency is basically the same.Considering the effect of solid phase particles,the outlet pressure of impeller is higher and the pressure gradient is greater.Considering the effect of cavitation,low pressure region scope of blade head is wider and the cavitation is more serious,but the site of the occurrence of cavitation is not change.关键词
