Abstract
Under different inlet aspect ratio,the velocity field of separator had been researched,particle's trajectory had been tracked in Lagrangian coordinates,and the wall erosion rate was analyzed in comparison,using the CFD numerical simulation method.It was found that the separation of the central region of space and tangential velocity peak velocity fluctuation were proportional to the ratio,and large aspect ratio will exacerbate the intensity of vortex core oscillation,which will increase the erosion wear at the bottom of the cone.The middle size particles in the incident location had a certain influence on the formation of a grey ring,the one which was near the entrance to the below incident will been tracked easily by the hopper,the one which was in the entrance to the upper of the incident will form a grey ring gathered at the top,adding the erosion rate of the top area.In terms of wear and tear,the erosion rate of cylinder parts became smaller from top to down gradually,and the maximum erosion rate increased along with the aspect ratio.Cone wall erosion wear rate increased from the top to down along the axial.Therefore,in order to keep the balance between smaller wall wear and the better process performance,the appropriate ratio should been taken into consideration.关键词
