Abstract
The paper focuses on researching the application of status monitoring technologies in critical electromechanical equipment of large bulk material handling machines. Status monitoring scheme and monitoring system applicable to large bulk material handling machines are designed based on classified analysis of status monitoring process and monitoring mode. The paper further elaborates on the application of typical monitoring parts and their main characteristic parameters in on-line and off-line monitoring stated in the scheme, which allow regular and continuous monitoring of such equipment, satisfies modern industry's demands on safe and stable operation of equipment, and facilitates automatic scientific management of equipment.关键词
