Abstract
A potential energy recycling system based on super capacitor energy storage is developed to rapidly and effectively capitalize on the energy generated by the hoisting mechanism of portal cranes during lowering and retarding braking. The system fully utilizes characteristics of super capacitors, or high-power rapid charging and discharging, to swiftly recycle the potential energy generated at lowering through two-way DC/DC power unit, and the recycled energy is reused for lifting, which promises lower energy consumption and higher energy utilization for cranes, achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.关键词
