Abstract
The prefabricated building has the characteristics of low pollution,low energy consumption and so on,conforming to the green development requirements of the current era.Making a research on the influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building is the foundation to promote its rapid development.Based on building research model of influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building,the paper compiles five major latent variables and their index of measurement which includes policy,component,technology,cost and market chain,collects data through a questionnaire survey and analyzes the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by using SPSS20.0 software to,and then constructs the structural equation model for influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building with AMOS20.0 software and makes an analysis of it.The results show that the overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good,and that the observed indicators are reasonable and reliable.The development of prefabricated buildings is influenced by 5 factors their weight values successively are 0.22,0.18,0.20,0.25,and 0.15 and the order of factors on influence degree is:cost system ＞ policy system ＞ technology system ＞ component system ＞ market chain system.关键词
