化学溶液浸渍法修复废弃混凝土骨料研究
Study on repairment of properties of used concrete aggregate with the method of immersion in chemical solution

Abstract
The used concrete aggregate has bad qualities because of the attached cement paste,and the method of immersion in chemical solution can improve its properties,using preparation chemical materials in the pore,crack and surface of cement paste,relying on the chemical reaction between chemical solution and cement paste.Based on the above-mentioned theory,by repairment in different time for used concrete aggregate in different concentration Na2SO4 、Na2CO3 etc.solutions and with contrast to the water absorption,apparent density and antidepressant index of samples before and after immersion in solution,as well as the change of microstructure and mineral composition of used concrete aggregate with the detection of SEM and XRD.The results show that solutions of Na2 SO4,Na2CO3,NaCl and NaOH can react with cement paste.Main products are CaCO3 and CaSO4 · 2H2O.The apparent density of the used concrete aggregate can exceed 2.25 g/cm3 after the repairment,which meets the standard requirement of recycled aggregate of concrete;The repairment result is influenced by the kind,concentration of repairment solution,and repairment time,Na2SO4、Na2CO3 can better repair the used concrete aggregate than others,Na2CO3 with 6 % concentration can better repair the used concrete aggregate than others in the same time.关键词
