Abstract

Mechanical parameters have direct influence on the road material compaction effect,confirming the influence of mechanical parameters is the basis of reasonable indoor vibration compaction method.The indoor vibrate compaction was carried out,and the vibrate compaction energy was calculated based on bounce model,the relation between compaction effect and compaction energy was analyzed,and the relation between compaction energy and mechanical parameter was researched in further.The results show that vibration energy can reflect the compaction effect better,and that vibration compaction energy should be greater than 30 J.With the increase of vibration frequency and vibration force,the maximum compaction energy increases first and then decreases,under some cases it may increase again.The maximum vibration compaction energy will decease while the best exciting force will remain with the increase of eccentric block angle.The eccentric block angle should be less than 90°,and if the eccentric block angle becomes lager,the frequency should be higher and the balancing weight should be reduced.The normal frequency is 24 Hz ~32 Hz.The exciting force increases with the increase of vibrate frequency,and 5000 ~ 7000 N is reasonable exciting force range.
