Study on the Development Process of American FGDC Standard and Its Implication
摘要
Abstract
A healthy operating mechanism of standardization is vital to the quality and development efficiency of standards. Taking the Standard Reference Model of FGDC and its Standard Directives as the research targets, the paper studies its standard development process and the standardization operating mechanism, analyses the characteristics and experiences in the standard reviewing, returning, supervising and maintaining, provides recommendations in establishing mechanisms of multi-step reviewing, proposal returning, whole-process supervision and regular maintenance to optimize the standard development activities in land and resources field.关键词
