基于聚类GM模型灌区水资源综合效益评价
Cluster GM model-based evaluation on comprehensive benefit from water resources in irrigation district

Abstract
Aiming at the defects from the evaluation on the water resources of irrigation district mainly made with the quantitative factors,an qualitative factor and quantitative factor-combined evaluation index system is established herein from the aspects of ecological benefit,social benefit and economic benefit,and then the weights of the evaluation indexes are determined with cluster analysis method and the triangular whitening weight function-based GM (Gray System) model is also built for carrying out the evaluation on the comprehensive benefit from regional water resources.By taking Yinnan Irrigation District of Yinchuan as the study case,the comprehensive benefit from the water resources therein from 2012 to 2016 is evaluated,while the evaluation result is verified with the relevant sensitivity analysis method.The result shows that the comprehensive benefit from the water resources of the irrigation district from 2012 to 2016 is generally converted from better grey-cluster to mid grey-cluster and the economic benefit is converted from better grey-cluster to mid grey-cluster,while the social benefit is converted from better grey-cluster to excellent grey-cluster as well.The triangular whitening weight function-based GM model has better practicability and scientificity in the aspect of the evaluation made on the comprehensive benefit from water resources of irrigation district.关键词
