摘要

Abstract

In order to make a reasonable pipe-cooling scheme,the changing laws of temperature and stress of high strength thick inverted T-shaped concrete structure under the cooling conditions of cooling without pipe,cooling with single-row pipe and cooling with double-row pipes are calculated based on ANSYS finite element simulation,and then the anti-cracking effects from the temperature controls during the construction period are discussed herein as well.The study result shows that after adopting the schemes of the coolings with single-row pipe and double-row pipes,the temperature differences between both the inside and the outside of the high strength concrete pier-wall are decreased by 42% and 90% respectively,the early outer surface stresses are reduced by over 40% and 80% respectively,the late inner stresses are reduced by over 20% and 75% respectively.Therefore,the effect from the cooling with double-row pipes is obviously better than that from the single-row pipe,thus can effectively avoid the risk from the cracking of the concrete pier-wall.The result shows that the cooling pipes must be more closely arranged and the spaces among the pipes are better within 1 m during the construction period of the thick inverted T-shaped concrete structure.
