摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively strengthen the construction of the emergency capability of water works,the study on the comprehensive evaluation of the emergency capacity of water works is carried out with G1-grey comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the study of the construction characteristics and emergency management of water works,an evaluation index system for the emergency capacity is established herein.Through the analyzing the correlation in between all the emergency capacity evaluation indexes with G1 method,the weights of all the indexes are determined.By introducing the grey theory into the study,the sample information is processed into a grey evaluation matrix,while the comprehensive evaluation value and evaluation grade of the emergency capacity are obtained in combination with the single-value processing of the index weights.The study result shows that the search and rescue capacity,the emergency resources dispatching capability and the emergency command decision-making capacity play the most important roles in the construction of the emergency capacity of water works.The evaluation method can not only reveal the relationship in between the importance degrees of the indexes,but also can effectively quantify and evaluate the comprehensive level of the emergency capacity of water works,thus has a better practicability.
