社区失智老人居家照顾者照护能力及生活质量的相关性研究
Study on correlation between care ability and quality of life of home caregivers of community dementia elderly

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of the care ability and quality of life of the caregivers of community dementia elderly and the correlation between them.Methods:Totally 80 family caregivers of senile dementia patients in community were investigated with self-complied caregiving competence questionnaire and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires.Results:The care ability score of home caregivers of community dementia elder was(22.59±7.14),quality of life WHOQOL-BREF score was(48.85±6.21),and there was a positive correlation between care ability and quality of care(r=0.452,P<0.01).Conclusion:Home caregivers for community dementia elderly lacked of care ability,and quality of life was poor.Community health care workers should take care training for home caregivers and care guidance,to give them psychological support,so as to improve their care quality and quality of life.关键词
