临床带教老师护理伦理决策能力及影响因素研究
Study on decision-making ability and influencing factors of clinical nursing teachers'nursing ethics

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status quo and influencing factors of ethical decision-making ability of teachers in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:The whole group selected 84 nursing teachers in 10 hospitals in Wuxi city were selected to teach teachers,using nursing ethics decision questionnaire(JAND) for evaluation.Results:The teacher''s decision-making ability score was 281.70±20.80.The clinical decision-making ability of clinical teachers was the same as that of seniority(P<0.05).The score of the ethics decision-making ability of the assistant teacher,assistant head nurse and above was higher than that of the teachers who did not(P<0.05).Conclusions:The service age,professional emotion and assistant head nurse,head nurse and above are the factors influencing the ethical decision-making ability of nursing teachers.Nursing managers should be based on different length of service,professional emotion and job status of clinical teaching teachers to carry out training and guidance work to improve the clinical nursing teachers'' ethical decision-making exemplary role.关键词
