不同水温泡制后的生大黄在急性胰腺炎肠麻痹病人保留灌肠中的应用效果观察
Observation on application effect of raw rhubarb soaking with different water temperature in retention enema for patients with acute pancreatitis and intestinal paralysis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of raw rhubarb soaking with different water temperature in retention enema for patients with acute pancreatitis and intestinal paralysis.Methods:The equal amount of raw rhubarb was respectively added to 100 ℃,80 ℃,40 ℃(plus thermostat),20 ℃(plus thermostat) water and soaked for 30 min then to carry out pharmacological analysis.The content of rhein in the four groups was 13.62 μg/g,37.14 μg/g,51.46 μg/g and 26.35 μg/g,respectively.A total of 60 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with intestinal paralysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Common 100 ℃ boiling water and 40 ℃ constant temperature water were respectively used for soak of rhubarb for 30 min then for retention enema in two groups.The abdominal pain,bowel sounds,exhaust,defecation and comprehensive bowel function recovery were compared between both groups.Results:The recovery rate of bowel sounds,exhaust,defecation and comprehensive intestinal paralysis in observation group were better than those in control group.Conclusions:Raw rhubarb with 40 ℃ constant temperature soak for the retention enema had more quick and clear curative effect for patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with intestinal paralysis关键词
