ICSI周期显微取精术治疗13例AZF微缺失致无精子症的临床研究
Clinical study on 13 patients with azoospermia due to AZF microdeletions treated by microdissection testicular sperm extraction in ICSI cycle

Abstract
Objective: To probe the clinical efficacy of microsurgical testicular sperm extraction for the patients with azoospermia due to azoospermia factor(AZF) microdeletion in intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) cycles.Methods: The data of 13 patients with azoospermia due to AZF microdeletion who were treated by microdissection testicular sperm extraction in ICSI cycles at Center of Assisted Reproductive Technology,Northwest Women and Children's Hospital from January 2014 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The type of AZF microdeletions,times of microdissection testicular sperm extraction,one or two-side microdissection testicular sperm extraction,sperm acquisition rate,sperm available rate,normal fertilization rate,embryo transfer rate,high quality embryos rate,and clinical pregnancy rate were analyzed.Results: Thirteen patients with azoospermia due to AZF microdeletion,including 1 case of AZFa deletion,9 cases of AZFc deletion,1 case of AZFc subdeletion,1 case of AZFd subdeletion and 1 case of AZFc deletion plus AZFd subdeletion,were treated by microdissection of testicular sperm extraction in ICSI cycles.They were 14 times of microsurgical testicular sperm extraction,including 9 times for one-side and 5 times for two-side microdissection.The sperm acquisition rate was 78.57%,sperm available rate 72.73%,normal fertilization rate 61.29%,embryo transfer rate 71.43%,high quality embryos rate 40.48% and clinical pregnancy rate 57.14%.Conclusions: Microdissection testicular sperm extraction can obtain enough sperms from patients with azoospermia due to AZF microdeletions for ICSI and get a good normal fertilization rate,embryo transfer rate,high quality embryo rate,and clinical pregnancy rate.It is an effective treatment method.关键词
