参竹精片对大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用
The effects of protection of Shenzhujing tablet treatment on MIRI
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effects of Shenzhujing tablet treatment on MI/R injury. [Methods] Sixty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham control group, model group, verapamil sheet group, and high, medium, low dose group of Shenzhujing tablet. After the pre-dosed 7 d, the rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary ischemia 30 min, reperfusion 120 min. Cardiac function was evaluated using ultra-high resolution small animal imaging system, LVEF, LVFS, LVIDs, LV Vols, LVIDd, LV Vold were observed;serum MDA, SOD, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) were detected . [ Results ] Shenzhujing tablet 0 . 18 g/kg may significantly improve ejection fraction ( P<0 . 05 ) , left ventricular shortening fraction (P<0.01),and reducethe level of serum CK (P<0.01);Shenzhujing tablet 0.36 g/kg can reduce the level of serum LDH(P<0.05), MDA(P<0.01), and increase the level of serum SOD(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Shenzhujing tablet can reduce myocardial ischemia/reperfusion damage and improve the cardiac function.关键词
