基于可拓理论和改进AHP的桥式起重机安全评价
Safety Evaluation of Bridge Crane Based on Extension Theory and Improved AHP

Abstract
In order to accurately evaluate the safety of the bridge crane,the matter-element model of the bridge crane was established using extension theory,and the evaluation index system and the classification evaluation standards were also established by combining failure possibility grades,evaluation indexes and index value domains.Classical domain and joint domain were set up as well by the quantification of qualitative indicators and the normalization of all the indexes.The correlation coefficients between evaluation indexes and failure grades were calculated using the correlation function of extension set,the weights of the indexes are determined by AHP,and the failure possibility grade of the bridge crane is determined by the characteristic value of grade variable.The evaluation result of the bridge crane safety is consistent with the actual situation of it.The research has opened up a new effective way for the safety evaluation of bridge crane.关键词
