Removal of diatoms and cyanobacteria in landscape water by modified montmorillonite with quaternary ammonium salt
摘要
Abstract
The modified montmorillonite is prepared by taking CTAB quaternary ammonium salt as surfactant,and its characterization is analyzed by FT-IR.The removal of different algae in landscape water was studied.The results show that CTAB quaternary ammonium salt is successfully intercalated into the interlayer of montmorillonite.The optimum conditions for CTAB-modified montmorillonite to remove diatoms are as follows:Concentration is 30 mg/L,temperature 25 ℃,pH=6,time 36 h.The optimum conditions for CTAB-modified montmorillonite to remove cyanobacteria are as follows:Concentration is 40 mg/L,temperature 35 ℃,pH=7,time 24 h.Under the optimum conditions,the removal efficiency of diatoms in CTAB modified montomorillonite is higher than that of unmodified montomorillonite by 20.73%,the removal efficiency of cyanobacteria in CTAB modified montomorillonite is higher than that of unmodified montomorillonite by 22.89%.关键词
