摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Rhodiola rosea on human stress responses under simulated 4000 m acute high altitude in hypobaric chamber. Methods:Eight healthy men participated in this experiment, before and after 7,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken, the dopamine (DA),epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE) and adrenocorti cotrophic hormone(ACTH) levels in blood plasma were detected before and after physical load. All subjects underwent stepping stool exercise for physical load (step height 30 cm,stepping-stool rate of 25 beats/min for 5 minutes). Results:The DA,E,NE and ACTH levels at both rest state and after physical load were significantly higher than the sea level group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01);After 7,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken, the DA,NE and ACTH levels after physical load were significantly lower than those in 4000 m group, and the DA,NE levels at rest state after 14 d Rhodiola rosea taken were significantly lower than those in 4000 m group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01);The E contents at both rest state and after physical load were significantly higher than the 4000 m group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The acute high altitude stress could enhance the body neurotransmitter and hormone levels, the Rhodiola rosea could promote the body antihypoxia ability by reducing oxygen consumption and increasing the body's oxygen supply, thus to speed up the body acclimatization to hypobaric hypoxia and improve the labor ability at high altitude.关键词
