NB-UVB照射小鼠皮肤组织中caspase-3、caspase-8的表达研究
Expression of caspase-3, caspase-8 gene in mice epidermis induced by NB-UVB
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of apoptosis-related gene caspase-3,caspase-8 in BALB/C mice epidermis induced by narrow bound ultraviolet B(NB-UVB).Methods:Forty BALB/C mouse were randomly divided into control group and NB-UVB exposed group.Mouse of NB-UVB group were irradiated with NB-UVB radiation,a dose of 1 J/cm2 was given every day for 2 weeks.After NB-UVB radiation,the skin specimens were obtained.Real-time quantitative PCR,Western-blotting were used to detect the expression levels of apoptosis-related gene caspase-3,caspase-8 in these specimens.Results:Compared with the control group,caspase-3 and caspase-8 expression were increased significantly in NB-UVB group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The caspase-3 and caspase-8 may promotes the apotosis of epidermal cells injured in mouse skin by NB-UVB.关键词
