红花籽油抗氧化活性实验研究
Antioxidant activity of safflower seed oil
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the antioxidant activity of safflower seed oil.Methods:1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging,2,2'-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic) radical (ABTS) scavenging,ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) were used to analysis the antioxidant acticity of safflower seed oil.Results:Safflower seed oil had higher antioxidant activity in vitro.IT is easy clear away DPPH radical scavenging,ABTS radical scavenging and Restore Fe3+ antioxidant ability.Conclusion:Safflower seed oil has obvious antioxidant effects,there is a significant positive correlation between the antioxidant capacity.关键词
