Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effects of calcium dobesilate capsules combined with losartan capsules on early type-2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.Two groups of patients before treatment were treated with foundation treatment such as sugar,diet control,then the control group was givenealcium dobesilate capsules,1 pill each time,2/d;treatment group added losartan capsules on the basis of treatment for control group,5 pills each time,3/d.Two groups were treated for eight weeks.The 24 h urine protein quantitative in two groups was detected after treatment,the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and the changes of renal function were compared after eight course of treatment.Results:After eight courses of treatment,two groups total effective rate was 83.33 ％,50.00 ％ respectively,by x2 test,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);24 h urine protein quantitative,UAER and renal function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Calcium dobesilate capsules combined with losartan capsules for early type 2 diabetic nephropathy has good curative effect,it is worth further promotion in clinic.关键词
