摘要

Abstract

Since the available innovation performance evaluation model has the defects of low convergence efficiency and weak generalization performance,an innovation performance evaluation model based on BP neural network is proposed. The in-dex system of the innovation performance evaluation was constructed. The corresponding innovation performance evaluation data is collected,and trained with BP neural network simulating the human brain. The gradient method is used to determine the pa-rameter of BP neural network. The innovation performance evaluation model was established,and its performance was tested with simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the model can improve the accuracy of innovation performance evaluation and evaluation speed,its evaluation effect is superior to other models,and has high practical application value.
