摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of super-selective Ophthalmic arterial(OA) thrombolysis for central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO).Methods 30 cases of CRAO patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.In order to compare and analyze the curative effects,these patients were divided into super-selective OA thrombolysis group (10 cases),intravenous thrombolysis group (10 cases) and routine drug group (10 cases) according to the methods of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the super-selective OA thrombolysis group was significandy higher than that of the control groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Early application of super-selective OA thrombolytic therapy can improve the curative effect of CRAO in a certain degree,and thus is more effective than other treatments.关键词
