Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of three-dimensional color power angiography (3D-CPA) combined with real-time elastosonography (RTE) during radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 45 uterine fibroids patients with 69 lesions were selected as the observation objects. The patients were divided into rich blood group and lack blood group based on the blood flow results detected by 3D-CPA before surgery. The two groups were then divided into hypoechoic group, high echo group and mixed echo group according to the echo condition. All patients in the two groups underwent 3D-CPA and RTE before and after surgery. The time duration and frequency of ablation, as well as the RTE characteristics between the two groups were compared. The Q-analysis real-time tissue elastic quantitative analysis technique was used to analyze the hardness of uterine fibroids before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in ablation time and ablation needle count between different blood groups (P<0.05). The strain ratio (SR) value of hypoechoic group was significantly lower than that of hyperechoic group and mixed echo group before RFA treatment, and the SR value in hyperechoic group was the highest (P<0.05). There were significant differences in SR values in all the three groups at 1 h and 3 months after RFA treatment, compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative 3D-CPA combined with RTE is accurate to assess the hardness of uterine fibroid before and after RFA, which is beneficial in quantitative and qualitative assessment of therapeutic effect and prognosis for patients with uterine fibroids.关键词
