摘要
Abstract
This paper described structure composition and working principle of Elekta Precise linear accelerator vacuum system, and 4 classic faults of this machine were explained. Through formulating specific checking and maintenance method, these faults were solved. Therefore, it is necessary to acquire structure composition, working principle and interconnected control of linear accelerator vacuum system, which could promote quick and accurate troubleshooting of these faults, minimize negative effects on patient treatment.关键词
