Abstract
This paper reviewed the tender policies and implementation plans of provincial centralized procurement of high-value medical consumables, and summarized that the key evaluation criteria of high-value medical consumable procurement fell into three aspects: manufacture, product and market prestige, and the present situation of the combination of subjective and objective evaluation. The aiming of indicators and the existing problems of tender evaluation which was unscientific, repetitive, noneffective and hardly-handled were analyzed. Based on the analysis, we provided recommendations and solutions of tender optimization, for example, adding new indicator - whether to pass innovative medical device examination or not, which could be used as a reference for future centralized procurement of high-value medical consumables.关键词
