基于STM8S的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制方法
A control method for the brushless DC motor with no position sensor based on STM8S
摘要
Abstract
The brushless DC motor has the advantages of a simple structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance and high efficiency.This paper proposes a position detection method for the brushless DC motor,which uses the back electromotive force (EMF) zero cross detection for the commutation of motors,gives the estimation method of the commutation point of the brush DC motor.STM8S interrupt functions are used to achieve the commutation control and real-time monitoring of the motor by three-stage starting.The paper also designs the simplified back -EMF detection circuit,the current detection and protection circuit,and major I/O ports.Finally,it uses ZW-57BL01 brushless DC motor in the experiment,whose results show that the method has much efficiency in the starting of the motor,the wide range of speed regulation,easy implementation,low cost and high application value.关键词
