平板型太阳能集热器吸热膜层老化性能分析
Aging Performance Analysis of Heat Absorption Film of Flat Plate Solar Collector

Abstract
The aging performance experiments of flat plate solar collectors with the blue film,the black chrome film and the anodic oxide film were carried out stagnation in high and low temperature alternating.The results showed that the collector efficiencies of the three heat absorption films respectively decreased from 80.15%,78.43%,75.65% to 77.56%,70.92% and 69.88% after the cumulative amount of irradiation reaches to 810 MJ/m2.Meanwhile,the absorptivity of the heat absorption films dropped by 1.08%,2.11 %,1.06% and the emissivity increased by 50%,33.33% and 33.33%.Continuous high temperature aging experiments on the three heat absorption films were investigated.The results showed that the emissivity respectively increased by 25%,8.33% and 6.67% after 96 hours aging test under 150 ℃ continuous high temperature.The high and low temperature alternating aging test had a great influence on the thermal performance of flat plate solar collector and the absorptivity and emissivity of the heat absorption films.But the continuous high temperature aging test only affected the emissivity of the films.关键词
