摘要
Abstract
Optimization of anthracene ketone-sulfuric acid colorimetry to determine the content of crude polysaccharide in pine pollen conditions,and the analysis method is verified.Experiment to optimize the pine pollen polysaccharide extraction time,extraction temperature,polysaccharide chromogenic time,color temperature and the dosage of the chromogenic agent conditions.Results show that the optimization analysis method is accurate,precise,simple,rapid and has been applied to actual sample detection.关键词
