L-鸟氨酸盐酸盐碳点的制备及其在细胞成像中的应用
Preparation of Carbon Dots from L-ornithine Hydrochloride and Application for Cell-Imaging

Abstract
Objective This study was performed to prepare carbon dots from l-omithine hydrochloride(ORN-CDs) and explore its application in cell imaging.Methods Carbon dots were synthesized from l-ornithine hydrochloride using the simple one-step hydrothermal method.the size,morphology and optical properties of carbon dots were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).Cell viability was determined using MTT assay.Cell imaging with carbon dots were obtained under a fluorescence microscopy.Results ORN-CDs showed good water solublility,uniform particle size,stable fluorescence characteristics,and low cytotoxicity.It can be used as probes for the imaging of A549 cells.Conclusion ORN-CDs showed excellent optical properties,indicating a practical potential for cell imaging.关键词
