摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana needles in Wudang area and to establish a method for its determination.Methods The total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana needles obtained from Wudang Mountain were determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as the control.The effect of the ratio of solid to liquid,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the content of total flavonoids was studied by orthogonal design.Results Lutin within the concentration range of 8.256~49.536 μg · mL-1 showed a good linear relationship.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid to liquid ratio 1:50,ultrasound power 350 W,ultrasound time 45 rain,ultrasound temperature (70±3) ℃.Conclusion The optimal extraction technology is simple and rapid,and the content determination method is stable and reliable.It can be used for extracting and determinating total flavonoids in pine needles of Pinus massoniana in Wudang area.
