桂枝茯苓胶囊联合针灸加运动治疗多囊卵巢综合征
Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with Acupuncture and Exercise

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods During the period of November 2013 to November 2016,110 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were treated in outpatient department.They were randomly divided into the observation group (55 cases) and the control group (55 cases).The patients in the observation group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise.The patients in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule and acupuncture and moxibustion.All the patients were treated for 6 months.The analysis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of body weight,waist circumference,BMI,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,FSH,LH,T,E2 and the clinical curative effect.Results Compared with pre-treatment,all observation parameters of two groups were significantly improved (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).After treatmem,the body weight,waist circumference,BMI,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,FSH,LH,T and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with acupuncture and exercise could effectively reduce the expression of insulin and sex hormones,improve patients" physical condition,and be suitable for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.关键词
