Children with Guillain-Barre Syndrome: Clinical and Electrophysiological Features and Prognosis
目的:探讨随州地区儿童吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)的临床特征,电生理特点及其预后.方法:对2013年3月-2016年3月间38例GBS患儿的临床和神经电生理资料进行分析和随访.结果:(1)临床特征:肢体无力为患儿就诊时主诉症状,多有前驱感染史(81.85％,n=31),其中以非特异性上呼吸道感染为主,秋季(9～11月)为发病高峰季节.(2)神经电生理检查:急性炎性脱髓鞘性多神经根神经病(AIDP)为最常见疾病类型(57.89％,n=22),神经电生…查看全部>>
