摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of modified tension band in treating the comminuted inferior polar fracture of patella with modified tension band surgery.Methods During the period of May 2002 to August 2015,40 patients were diagnosed with comminuted inferior polar fracture of patella.All diagnosed patients were treated with open reduction,modified tension band fixation and trans patellar ligament "8"-type cable limited loop reduction.The knee flexion and extension exercises were performed early post-operation,and the recovery of knee joint function was evaluated by Bostman scorirng system.Results All patients were followed up for 12～ 15 months,and all fractures were obtained healing,no internal fixation failure,nonunion,etc.According to Bostman knee function scores:excellent in 35 cases,good in 3 cases,poor in 2 cases,and the excellent-good rate was 95％.Conclusion The modified tension band surgery for the treatment of patellar lower polar comminuted fracture has reliable fixation,good functional recovery of the knee joint with low complication rate.It is a particularly effective way to treat patellar comminuted fracture.关键词
