Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with ulinastatin on inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods Eighty-six patients with AECOPD were enrolled in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016,and divided into two groups according to random number table,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the observation group received tiotropium bromide combined with ulinastatin treatment.The inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,hs -CRP and pulmonary function changes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The values of FVC,FEV 1 and FEV1/FVC ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The AECOPD treatment with tiotropium bromide combined with ulinastatin could reduce inflammatory factor-induced pulmonary injury,and pulmonary function can be improved through elevating FVC and FEV1 levels in the patients with AECOPD.关键词
