摘要

Abstract

The development of clean heating with surplus wind power is being promoted energetically in the Three-North region of China,a key problem in this field is to realize the optimal allocation of resources adopting a market means.To resolve the contradiction between features of surplus wind power heating and current electricity market environment,a compatible hour-ahead trading mechanism and corresponding settlement method were proposed which can be embedded into the current transaction system as a new trade variety.Furthermore,to guarantee the positive net profit of all participants,the economic benefits of surplus wind power heating based on the proposed mechanism were analyzed and a criterion for feasibility was put forward.Under a Multi-Agent system framework,the entire trading process of a heating period was simulated with the actual data of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid,and the benefits on different heat user scale were compared and analyzed.
