归芪白术方辅助治疗胃癌患者的临床研究
Clinical trial of the auxiliary treatment with Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the auxiliary treatment with Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Fifty gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria in Wuwei city were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group has 25 persons.And 50 healthy people as healthy control group was selected.The control group was treated by routine western medicine,the treatment group was treated by Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang based on routine western medicine treatment.The daily dose of Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang was one (the dosage was secrect),twice a day,taking for 6 days,stopping for 1 day.Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang was taken in the second week of chemotherapy in the treatment group.Three cycles of chemotherapy were 1 courses of treatment.The content of the interleukin -4 (IL-4),interferon-gamma (IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected by enzyme linked mmunosorbent assay before and after treatment,Content of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen 72-4 and (CA724) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were determined by reagent box method.The score of "Kamofsky" and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG) was made before and after treatment,respectively.Results After treatment,IL-4,IFN-γ,TNF-α,CEA,CA724,CA19-9 in the control group were (52.49 ± 1.48),(16.38 ± 1.14),(234.52 ±24.09) pg· mL-1 and [2.79(0.84,5.31)]ng · mL-1 and [2.81 (2.12,4.62)],[4.60(2.39,9.72)] U · mL-1;the factors in treatment group were(49.95 ± 1.48),(19.85 ±2.04),(200.46 ±23.64) pg · mL-1 and [0.89 (0.76,1.37)] ng· mL-1 and [1.87 (1.24,3.13)],[2.66 (1.05,5.89)] U · mL-1 respectively.There had significant difference with those before treatment(all P ＜0.05).The IL-4,INF-γ,TNF-α,CA72-4,CA19-9 and CEA had significant difference between the control group and the treatment group after treatment (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary treatment with Gui Qi Bai Zhu fang can obviously improve serum tumor marker,the expression of proinflammatory cytokines and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.关键词
