Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety of hemocoagulase agkistrodon (HCA) application after surgery.Methods According to the self-control method,30 patients underwent preoperative and intraoperative (T1) were not treatment with hemostatic drugs and administrated 1-4 U HCA after surgery (T2) for 1-4 days according to the patients' situation.Observe the coagulation function and safety indicators between T1 and T2,respectively.Results Compared T1 and T2 groups,the prothrombin time were 11.67 and 11.68 s,the thrombin time were 11.86 and 14.12 s,the activated partial thromboplastin time were 31.84 and 31.61 s,the levels of fibrinogen were 2.53 and 3.88 g · L-1,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).There were no adverse drug reactions occurred.Conclusion Postoperative using of HCA is safe and effective during neurosurgery.关键词
