Abstract
The clinical pharmacist should participate in the management of disease for the special health condition of patient in nephrology department.A lot of researches have demonstrated that clinical pharmacist could improve patients' compliance,ensure drug safety,improve treatment outcomes and promote rational drug use by participating in patient education,prescription reviews,medication reconciliation and establishing medicine treatment plan and so on.关键词
