血必净注射液联合乌司他丁注射液治疗重症脓毒症休克患者的临床研究
Clinical trial of Xuebijing injection combined with ulinastatin injection in the treatment of patients with severe septic shock

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection combined with ulinastatin injection in the treatment of severe septic.Methods Sixty-eight patients with severe concentration shock were randomly divided into control group (n =34 cases) and treatment group (n =34 cases).Control group was treated with Xuebijing injection 50 mL bid,intravenous drip.Treatment group was given ulinastatin 0.6 million U bid,intravenous drip,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,biochemical indicators,mortality and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 91.18％ (31/34 cases) and 88.24％ (30/34 cases),without significant difference (P ＞0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared,C reactive protein were (24.56 ± 4.21),(48.21 ±5.22)mg · L-1;procalcitonin were (1.04 ± 0.21),(2.88 ± 0.45)ng · mL-1;white blood cells were (8.75 ±2.12) × 109,(13.48 ± 3.45) × 109/L;brain natriuretic peptide were (0.54 ± 0.05),(0.87 ± 0.15) ng· mL-1;troponin T were (0.35 ± 0.03),(0.76 ±0.18)ng · mL-1;troponin Ⅰ were (0.42 ± 0.07),(0.87 ±0.24) ng · mL-1;creatine kinase isoenzyme were (14.57 ± 2.41),(18.79 ± 3.52) U · L-1;lactic acid were (2.65 ±0.46),(5.21 ± 1.04) nmol · L-1;mechanical ventilation time were (10.21 ± 1.56),(18.22 ± 3.87) d;hospitalization time were (16.09 ± 2.45),(24.33 ± 4.53) d,with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Adverse drug reactions were rash,which occurred 1 case in treatment and control groups,respectively,and its incidence without significant difference (P ＞0.05).Mortality rates were 5.88％ and 26.47％ in treatment and control groups with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clinical eflcacy of Xuebijing injection combined with ulinastatin injection compared with Xuebijing injection alone in the treatment of severe septic had no significam difference,but the former can improve the biochemical indexes,shorten hospital stays,reduce mortality,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
