通痹汤配合艾通方治疗由糖尿病周围神经病变引起下肢麻木的临床研究
Clinical trial of Tong-bi decoction combined with Ai-tong fang in the treatment of lower limb numbness induced by diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tong-bi decoction combined with Ai-tong fang in the treatment of lower limb numbness with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients of lower limb numbness with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases per group.Control group was given Tong-bi decoction 150 mL,every morning and night,oral.Treatment group was given Ai-tong fang by Ta-zi method,the dose was 250 mL,topical fumigation,once a day,on the basis of control group.Two group were treated for 10 d.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 94.00％ (47/50 cases) and 70.00％ (35/50 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were bloating,which in control group were loss of appetite and bloating.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 2.00％ and 8.00％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Tong-bi decoction combined with Ai-tong fang has a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of lower limb numbness with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
