单磷酸阿糖腺苷注射剂联合溶菌酶肠溶片治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床研究
Clinical trial of adenine vidarabine monophosphate injection combined with lysozyme enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of adenine vidarabine monophosphate injection combined with lysozyme enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis.Methods A total of 54 children with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into control group (n =27 cases) and treatment group (n =27 cases).Control group was given ribavirin injection 10 mg · kg-1,qd,intravenous infusion.Treatment group was given adenine vidarabine monophosphate 5 mg · kg-1,qd,intravenous infusion + lysozyme enteric-coated tablets 20 mg,tid,oral.Two groups were treated for 5 d.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),C reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin 10 (IL-10),and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 96.29％ (26/27 cases) and 77.78％ (21/27 cases) with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:TNF-α were (2.21 ± 0.29),(4.18 ±0.47)μg · L-1;CRP were (7.85 ±1.12),(12.57 ± 1.43)mg · L-1;IL-10 were (158.56 ±17.49),(120.68 ± 12.32)ng · L-1,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were based on nausea,which in control group were based on nausea and soreness at the injection site.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 3.70％ and 7.41％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Adenine vidarabine monophosphate injection combined with lysozyme enteric-coated tablets has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis,which can reduce the levels of TNF-α and CRP,improve the level of IL-10,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
