The present imaging diagnosis and research progress of autoimmune pancreatitis

Abstract
Autoimmune pancreatitis (ALP) is a special type of chronic pancreatitis as a result of abnormal autoimmune mechanism.For lack of specific clinical manifestations and detective indicators,it is difficult to differentiate AIP from chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.Moreover,the treatment timing and course of hormone therapy directly affect the prognosis of AIP.Therefore,early diagnosis and reasonable treatment is very important.In recent years,noninvasive imaging method in autoimmune diseases diagnosis has been progressing.This article will make a review about the research progress of imaging diagnosis in AIP.关键词
